Coach Jim Harbaugh confirmed that Crabtree indeed suffered a torn right Achilles tendon and underwent surgery Wednesday to repair it, the San Jose Mercury News reports.

Analysis: The report adds that Crabtree suffered a complete tear of his Achilles, while noting that Harbaugh indicated that the wideout is not expected to miss the entire 2013 season. That said, Harbaugh declined to give a timetable for Crabtree's return, with a late-season return probably representing a best-case scenario here.

Sanchez threw three interceptions in practice Wednesday, ESPNNewYork.com reports. "This is OTAs and things, but that's going to be the pressure we're putting on him that this is unacceptable," head coach Rex Ryan said.

Analysis: Ryan didn't hide his displeasure with Sanchez, who was picked off three times in practice Wednesday, once by 6-foot-4, 360-pound lineman Damon Harrison. As if it wasn't obvious enough, considering Sanchez leads the league in turnovers over the past two seasons with 52, Ryan said his quarterbacks' carelessness with the ball is a "huge issue" for his team. It wasn't a good day for Sanchez, but rookie Geno Smith also tossed an interception Wednesday.

Leshoure (undisclosed) is not participating in OTAs, the Detroit News reports.

Analysis: The running back was on the field and was able to work through some individual exercises, but head coach Jim Schwartz said Leshoure is not ready to do any team drills. His injury is not considered serious, and he should be healed in plenty of time for training camp.
